General information for you

The General Terms and Conditions apply to events for which Coffee Fellows Zweite Hotel GmbH is the seller and therefore the contractual partner, see below. These do not apply to events and celebrations sold by Restaurant Knöpfle of Bär&Beck Gbr and are therefore contractual partners. The GTC's are to be obtained there.

The catering, planning, implementation and execution of all conferences and celebrations in our hotel are carried out, implemented and managed by Restaurant Knöpfle under the name Bär&Beck Gbr on behalf of Coffee Fellows Zweite Hotel GmbH.

Supporting programme

We will organise a leisure and adventure programme tailored to your needs! Get to know our city of trumpeters on a guided tour of the old town. Or how about a wine tasting? Just get in touch with us!

Decoration

We are happy to help you with the decoration of the banquet room and will be happy to advise you.

Corkage fee

Restaurant Knöpfle will charge a corkage fee for wine and sparkling wine you bring with you. Please contact us directly.

End of event

From 01:00 a.m. we take the liberty of charging a service surcharge of € 150.00 per hour or part thereof.

Parking facilities

Our hotel is located in a traffic-calmed zone with restricted access. Overnight guests can drive directly to the Goldener Knopf and park their vehicle at the hotel for a fee.
Restaurant visitors please use the available parking facilities near the hotel, e.g. the car parks along Austraße or on the fairground. From there it is only a few minutes' walk to the Knöpfle restaurant.
